Release Notes for November 13, 2012

This week we build on some of the great Lifecycle Impact (LCI) Data features that we released in the past. You can now search for Lifecycle Impact Data using our free search feature as we move towards our goal to help people with the Architecture 2030 Challenge for Products. The Architecture 2030 Challenge and Challenge for Products is gaining traction in the Green Building community and we plan on bringing you all the up to date software features to help you track your progress and find the documentation you need. Let’s see how we can find some of these products.

Search for LCI Data in GreenWizard

This will be short and simple. First, login and go to our Product Search. If you do not have an account, you can make one here. After that, click the box that reads “with Lifecycle Impact Data available”.

Then just put in your search criteria and and click “View Product Details” when you find a product that you would like to know more about. This information include Global Warming info, Ozone Depletion, Ozone Creation, Acidification, and Eutrophication. Keep checking back with us as we add more LCI data to GreenWizard.

Customizable Dashboard

We are always trying to make GreenWizard a more user friendly experience. One of the updates we made to our software for the 13th is the ability to add a company logo and a message to your Dashboard. To do this, click the top right button where it says “Welcome, (you)” and choose “Account”. Then press the “Edit Organization Profile”. You can now enter a title and description for your company, and upload a logo. When you are done, press “Save”. Voila! You have now customized your Dashboard. This is a great way to keep your company up to date on what is going on in GreenWizard and get any important message out there to them.

Product Tracker Updates

Also check out the new updates to our Product Tracker. We have improved the interface to make it a little easier to use. We have also improved the printing feature and you can now click on a product that is not included in credit to immediately add it to that credit. We love the Product Tracker and we are going to continue to improve it over as time moves on.
